The breakfast buffet offered many choices. I found some indian options were available. The front desk was very attentive and helpful. Ye Yan helped me . He always smiled .
The wifi was slow. It disconnected frequently, frustrating. I did not like that people who were not guests were allowed in the restaurants.

I had a very generously sized room. i found good hanging space and complimentary wash items provided. the staff were helpful and polite, i liked that. some areas of the hotel seemed very smart. It added to the appeal.

The room was spacious with separate areas for the closet and living space. This helped with organization. i had a bathtub plus a separate shower room. Both were clean. the air conditioning worked well, with controls to adjust airflow.

Staff made everything seamless, i noticed. there was always someone available to help with any request. i found the reception staff cute, made checking in easy. They were very informative. concierge services were also quick.

the breakfast venue is located on both the 78th and 81st floors and provides excellent views. the variety of food at breakfast was great, i could try many options. there was a large selection of fruits available.

I enjoyed the sky tower. It offered amazing views. the outdoor pool was nice, allowing relaxation after a busy day in the city. They work smoothly.

the location is near the train station, i noticed. this made it easy to travel from the airport. the hotel is close to shopping areas, including pratunam market! it is also near malls and shopping streets.
